Lucifer Morningstar, formerly known as Samael, is the main character in the Lucifer series. He is one of the first angels created by God, he fell from heaven after opposing his father by disagreeing with the creation of humanity and this exiled him to hell.
Together with his demonic companion Mazikeen, he cuts off his angel wings and becomes the owner of a nightclub in Los Angeles called Lux in which he granted favors to people in exchange for something else.
