1 - What payment methods do you have?
We use Stripe as a payment gateway. We accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Blink, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24 and Sofort.
2 - The files are cut? For what type of 3d printer?
Most of our files are cut for easy printing, both on FDM and SLA resin printers.
3 - How do I download the files after purchase?

4 - Can I share the STL files I purchase with others?
The files you purchase are for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or selling the files is prohibited (unless you purchase our commercial license). We ask that you respect our terms to help support the designers and maintain a fair community.
5 - I have downloaded the file but there is only a pdf.
