Once the purchase is made, on your customer page, go to "Your account" - "Order history" - "Data", click on the name of the item to download the file.
IMPORTANT: You will download a text file (compressed) with the product download link to Gdrive. To unpack RAR files, use the latest version of WinRAR.
IMPORTANT: If you use a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) use the "computer view" option in your browser to be able to download the file correctly.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is considered "used" after downloading or opening. Purchases made on Studio3dprint are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Studio3dprint reserves the right to change any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without notice.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive your digital product link upon purchase, you can immediately contact support@studio3dprint.net with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Hello, I bought this model but I didn't received it. What should I do?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the download links for the product you purchased (check your spam folder). You can also download the links from your customer page; there is a tutorial in the main menu of our website. The download links are in PDF or text format and are compressed in .zip.
Once you have downloaded the model file, extract the files with the latest version of WinRar.
